The suite was beautifully appointed with high ceilings and a cozy atmosphere. Despite minor issues with plumbing and noise from the street, the location made exploring Bruges effortless.

On arrival, the room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect with hairs in the sink. noise from nearby parties disrupted sleep, and a lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night despite open windows.

We stayed for one night, and while the location was awesome, the noisy street corner did disrupt our sleep a bit. The staff were super friendly though, so that was a win!

The location of the hotel truly shines. It's right in the heart of Bruges, which made it easy to explore the charming streets and access shops and restaurants. My room was comfortable but felt outdated. The absence of a kettle was a slight inconvenience, especially in the mornings when I liked to sip tea. the staff were particularly helpful when I requested to leave my bags before check-in. Still, high street noise at night interrupted my sleep on more than one occasion. Shower facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the fan provided in the room, especially during warmer nights. Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a plus. while there are areas that could enhance the experience, the vibrant location and supportive staff certainly made up for it.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend jaunt in Bruges with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was quick to offer a better room after we expressed our concerns about noise. Avoid rooms on higher floors if you want a quieter stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we loved visiting the Choco-Story Museum and the Bruges City Theater. The beds were comfy, and the friendly staff let us drop our bags before check-in. A great budget choice for a group getaway!
The street noise at night was quite disruptive, but we were prepared for some noise, so it wasn't a major issue.

Great location with a vibrant atmosphere
We really enjoyed our one-night stay here, especially because it was right in the heart of the city center, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The public parking garages were conveniently nearby, making it easy for us to explore. Our room was a comfortable size, although a bit small. it could use some updates, especially in terms of decor and some fixtures needing care.

Recommend it for couples looking for charm
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly nice, hot water included. We enjoyed a perfect view from our room with French doors overlooking the market square, it was a surprise to find a market right outside our window in the morning.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still not bad for what we got.
